Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions that meet business and quality requirements.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability discussions.
- Develop complex features, enhance existing functionality, and deliver high-quality code.
- Create proofs of concept to address customer challenges and improve digital projects.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Provide expert support for complex issues, including root-cause analysis and performance enhancement solutions.
- Identify gaps in the digital ecosystem and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, business leaders, and IT leaders to support delivery and decision-making.
- Promote adoption of new technologies and productivity and code-quality practices.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, technical talks, and workshops.
- Mentor junior developers and help develop their technical skills.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed software environments.
- At least 5 years of Java development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Agile-based development environment.
- At least 2 years of Agentic AI or Generative AI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: health and wellness domain experience.
- Preferred: hands-on full-stack development experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, and modern NoSQL databases.
- Preferred: understanding of Generative AI concepts including Natural Language Processing, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots.
- Preferred: experience developing user-facing features or applications.
- Preferred: ability to create and execute scalable, innovation-focused roadmaps and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
