Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
- Build and maintain automated Power Automate workflows, including triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, notifications, and error handling.
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, Microsoft 365 services, and other data sources to support application and workflow requirements.
- Create forms, screens, business rules, validations, approval flows, and reusable application components.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, analysts, and senior developers to translate requirements into Power Platform solutions.
- Support integrations with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, approved third-party systems, APIs, connectors, and JSON-based integration patterns.
- Support basic Power BI reporting by preparing datasets, connecting approved data sources, and creating dashboards and reports.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, debugging, testing, issue resolution, documentation, peer reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Follow application lifecycle management practices, naming conventions, security guidelines, governance requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and continuous learning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in application development, low-code/no-code development, workflow automation, business applications, or relevant internship/project experience.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Understanding of canvas apps, model-driven apps, forms, galleries, controls, formulas, connectors, reusable components, and Power Fx.
- Basic understanding of Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, business rules, security roles, and solution packaging.
- Exposure to SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Basic understanding of Power BI datasets, data modelling, measures, visuals, report pages, dashboards, filters, slicers, publishing, Power Query, and DAX.
- Basic understanding of APIs, connectors, JSON, REST concepts, integration patterns, Power Platform environments, governance, security, and application lifecycle management.
- At least one relevant Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certification is required before joining or within a defined onboarding period.
- Preferred exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, TypeScript, .NET, Power Apps Component Framework, custom connectors, plug-ins, Dataverse extensions, Azure services, Copilot features, AI Builder, or intelligent document processing.
