Responsibilities
- Research and implement methods and training strategies to improve the performance and stability of autonomous mobility AI models.
- Design, implement, and validate experiments that test research directions and hypotheses.
- Scale and optimize large-scale AI model training for distributed environments.
- Implement and experimentally validate new model architectures, learning methods, and optimization strategies across code and experimentation pipelines.
- Design training and evaluation pipelines for large-scale experiments and establish reproducible, repeatable experimentation environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in artificial intelligence, computer science, robotics, or a related field.
- Experience training multimodal models or large-scale AI models.
- Experience researching and developing AI models for autonomous mobility or autonomous driving.
- No restriction on overseas business travel.
- Preferred: master's or doctoral degree, or equivalent practical experience, in artificial intelligence, computer science, computer vision, robotics, or a related field.
- Preferred: publications in major conferences or journals such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ICRA, IROS, or CoRL.
- Preferred: experience developing and deploying systems for real autonomous vehicles or robotic platforms.
