Responsibilities
- Identify and address key security gaps in Databricks' infrastructure and services.
- Attract and recruit top talent in the security engineering field.
- Represent the security engineering discipline within the organization.
- Engage with the community by representing Databricks at conferences and events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas.
- Expertise in two or more security domains such as Cryptography, Kubernetes Security, or Web Security.
- 10+ years of experience building large scale distributed systems.
- Proven leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to advocate for Data Security to senior leaders.
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
