Responsibilities
- Build and evolve user-facing asset management experiences, including deposits, withdrawals, and account-related workflows.
- Drive projects from concept to production by collaborating with product, design, backend, QA, and compliance stakeholders.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability within a large-scale SSR frontend architecture.
- Contribute to frontend engineering standards, reusable component systems, and scalable development practices.
- Proactively identify product gaps, UX friction, and technical risks, proposing practical solutions.
- Explore and integrate AI-assisted workflows and modern frontend tooling to enhance engineering velocity and quality.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering practices in large-scale production environments.
- Experience with SSR applications and understanding of rendering lifecycles, hydration, performance optimization, and internationalization.
- Hands-on experience writing automated tests, including unit and E2E coverage, with a quality-first mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where engineers think beyond implementation details.
- Interest in blockchain, crypto products, or financial platforms, with curiosity about emerging AI-driven engineering workflows.
