Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, efficient, and robust trust-and-safety platforms and tools, including data-tracking pipelines.
- Develop systems that improve data collection, regulatory compliance, and safety processes.
- Create APIs and integrations with third-party services.
- Build intelligent workflows that automate complex decision-making processes.
- Develop user-friendly platforms aligned with product and operational objectives.
- Ensure safety services achieve zero downtime and scale with the user base.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in trust-and-safety tooling or content-moderation systems.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and at least one of Go, Kotlin, C, or C++.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for user safety, human moderation, AI moderation, and operational efficiency.
- Preferred: experience with web development and frontend technologies.
- Preferred: familiarity with online-safety regulations such as the DSA.
- Preferred: experience with machine-learning models and data pipelines.
