Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision, machine learning, and AI capabilities for construction plan understanding.
- Explore and apply current computer vision, large language model, and AI techniques to practical problems.
- Build and rapidly ship prototypes, then improve them using user feedback.
- Take AI systems from initial development through production deployment.
- Contribute to early product work beyond core modeling challenges.
Requirements
- Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning.
- Experience taking an AI system from initial development through production deployment.
- Comfort working as an early-stage 0-to-1 builder and taking on practical work outside a narrow modeling focus.
- Empathetic, candid communication skills and a growth-oriented approach to challenging problems.
- Genuine interest in using technology to make housing more affordable.
Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000 to $180,000 annually.
- Full-time, on-site work in San Francisco, California; candidates must be able to work in the San Francisco office or relocate.
