Responsibilities
- Develop backend algorithms and services for article processing, content chunking, predictive text generation, and scalable content workflows.
- Create secure encrypted PDF upload workflows compatible with Adobe Acrobat and integrate enterprise authentication such as Okta.
- Build data recovery, auditing, administrative, classification, indexing, and secure data-management capabilities.
- Implement RAG use cases with vector databases and embedding techniques, and develop custom GPT and other generative AI features.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize OCR and generative AI models and design large-scale data-processing workflows.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and release structures, conduct security evaluations, and optimize performance across AI-driven SaaS applications.
- Manage infrastructure and workflows for custom AI solutions using tools such as Snowflake and LangChain.
- Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications using company datasets, AI technologies, internal AI models, and custom LLMs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience.
- Experience designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks into SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases, and embedding pipelines, including technologies such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build workflows for enterprise clients.
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue, including the ability to evaluate and recommend technology stacks.
- Experience with automated and manual testing.
- Ability to manage data recovery, audits, and compliance workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with computer vision and OCR, Okta and enterprise administrative tools, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, secure release management, security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and tool integrations.
