Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate full-stack features across NextJS frontends and Go backend services from architecture through production.
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards that translate statistical concepts into intuitive insights.
- Extend shared component libraries with cohesive styles and reusable building blocks.
- Collaborate with product, UX/design, and partner engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver user experiences.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Manage concurrent deliverables, surface risks and blockers, and make pragmatic decisions amid changing priorities.
- Set technical direction and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus four years of relevant experience, or equivalent knowledge with six years of relevant experience.
- At least six years of experience with one programming language and working knowledge of additional languages.
- Experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, including React and NextJS.
- Proficiency with version control, test-driven development, debugging, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to use AI tools productively and responsibly while validating their output.
- Preferred: production experience with NextJS and TypeScript, modern JavaScript tooling, charting libraries such as Recharts, Chart.js, or visx, shared component libraries or design systems, cloud platforms such as Azure, and micro-frontend architectures.
