Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure software, automation, and agent-based solutions.
- Design and build full-stack applications, AI-powered solutions, and agent-based workflows integrated with collaboration and enterprise platforms.
- Develop maintainable and testable code aligned with performance, security, and quality standards.
- Build automation solutions, agent orchestration flows, and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and operational scale.
- Perform testing, defect tracking, and regression validation.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess risks, recommend agent-based solutions, and support delivery iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus 3 years of software engineering experience, or 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive full-stack software development experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, and related frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, solution architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
- Expertise in software development practices, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical solutions.
- Experience with debugging, defect management, performance troubleshooting, and high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and application telemetry implementation.
- Commitment to coding standards, security policies, and quality assurance practices.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field and one year of experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and Walmart accessibility standards.
- Preferred: Cisco certification.
