Base Salary

$94k - $142k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, application development, and model development.
  • Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business or user needs.
  • Monitor application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
  • Analyze complex application and database problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend solutions.
  • Troubleshoot database performance issues and fine-tune existing PL/SQL stored procedures.
  • Develop post-implementation security measures and assess business usage to ensure system functionality.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions and assist with customer-facing systems.
  • Define operating standards and processes, follow essential procedures, and advise or coach junior analysts.
  • Assess and escalate risk while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Oracle and its administrative functions.
  • Experience analyzing databases to troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Experience fine-tuning existing PL/SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Annual base salary range of $94,300.00–$141,500.00.
