Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build compute graph pipelines, software and firmware auto-update systems, multimodal robot interactions, and network systems for debugging and logging.
- Design secure, efficient, robust protocols for real-time robot and device data and video transfer.
- Perform root cause analysis of system crashes and resolve issues.
- Create tools and improve infrastructure to increase developer efficiency.
- Collaborate with Software, Algorithms, and Hardware teams to deliver robotic product capabilities.
- Take ownership of systems and drive projects from concept through shipping.
Requirements
- Fluency in Rust.
- Familiarity with C and C++.
- Familiarity with a systems scripting language such as Shell or Python.
- Familiarity with userspace Linux programming and conventions.
- A proven track record of building high-quality software.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, maturity, and comfort with complex technical problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.
