Base Salary
$130k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and business goals.
- Architect and implement custom integrations, APIs, and workflows on Mercor’s platform.
- Deploy scalable solutions in client environments and drive successful launches and expansions.
- Build internal tools and reusable components to accelerate future deployments.
- Translate ambiguous enterprise needs into clear technical plans and shipped systems.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver systems that integrate AI-powered human intelligence into complex enterprises.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one modern language such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience building and deploying production systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to work directly with customers and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and operate autonomously in high-stakes environments.
