Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a backend engineer building scalable, high-performance systems.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of deliverables and commitment to high-quality project delivery.
- Ability to guide and unblock engineers and provide thoughtful code reviews and architectural feedback.
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or small teams is a plus.
