Responsibilities

Support the integration, installation, and operation of the cloud-native platform in existing customer ecosystems.
Improve Helm charts, Terraform providers, observability dashboards, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to evolve the SaaS platform and implement solutions on AWS, Azure, and the Terraform ecosystem.
Optimize Kubernetes infrastructure and its CNCF, Flux GitOps, and GitHub Actions ecosystem.
Use Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo to monitor and troubleshoot cloud-native systems and support customers during implementations.
Use AI-powered tools and assistants to automate infrastructure operations, coding, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Kubernetes and cloud ecosystems such as AWS and Azure.
Drive to deepen expertise in networking, security, and automation.
Ability to explain cloud and Kubernetes concepts clearly and collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and customers.
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo is preferred.
Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools is preferred.
Ability to write technical articles, blog posts, and case studies is preferred.
2+ years of experience operating production cloud or Kubernetes environments, focused on reliability and scalability, is preferred.
Experience with AI-integrated development workflows or building and using AI agents is preferred.
