Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to understand current and target technical architectures.
- Translate complex requirements into solution designs that maximize client value.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s technical landscape and transformation goals.
- Estimate work packages to set implementation programs up for success.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to evolve base solution architectures.
- Provide key technical input into tender responses and customer proposals.
- Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering to shape and design proof-of-concept exercises.
- Travel to client sites across the UK, Europe, and beyond as required.
- Act as a bridge between market demand and Kaluza’s engineering teams.
- Advise clients on achieving measurable business outcomes through a data-driven approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex concepts for various stakeholders.
- Experience building and architecting systems, including solutions on AWS.
- Customer-centric and analytical mindset focused on solving the right problems.
- Agile and autonomous, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within regulated energy retailers, particularly in billing and metering.
- Motivated by the role technology plays in the global energy transition.
