Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end quality of deliverables for the pod.
- Track and communicate progress, priorities, risks, and quality trade-offs.
- Support release management for the Web Portal and identify risks.
- Contribute early in the development lifecycle by reviewing briefs and designs.
- Leverage AI tools to design and execute test strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with developers to understand changes in scope.
- Perform hands-on testing and drive accountability for quality.
- Investigate live issues with Customer Support and Live Ops teams.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test suites and cases.
- Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure quality output.
