Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
- Advise customers on architecture patterns, optimization strategies, and the business value of MongoDB solutions.
- Partner with sales teams on account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation, technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation.
- Generate demand through technical initiatives, industry trade shows, and account-based marketing events.
- Build customer relationships, develop champions, and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Provide field feedback to the product team and mentor other Solutions Consulting team members.
- Maintain product and industry expertise through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Ideally 8–11 years of related customer-facing experience, including 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Node.js, SQL, C, C++, Java, or C#.
- Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience reviewing complex application architectures with customers and recommending improvements.
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and technical-to-business communication skills.
- Ability to strategize with sales teams and coordinate resources around multi-threaded account plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Preferred qualifications include database sales or application deployment experience with major cloud providers, database programming and data modeling experience, data engineering or AI/ML project experience, legacy modernization experience, MongoDB or cloud provider certification, and familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.

- Poland base salary range of 287,000–426,000 PLN.
