Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead research and engineering efforts to enhance conversational capabilities in production.
- Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with platform and product engineers to integrate new models into production systems.
- Break down ambiguous research ideas into clear milestones and roadmaps.
- Mentor other researchers and engineers, setting technical direction and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Prior experience in training and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Fluency in Python and modern ML tooling for training and evaluation.
- Proven track record of translating research ideas into measurable production impact.
- Ability to define a roadmap and lead cross-functional execution.
