Responsibilities

Plan and manage testing resources for customer-facing information systems.
Create test plans and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
Execute test plans and scripts for web and other systems.
Perform quality assurance procedures to verify products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements.
Work with IT resources to identify and resolve problems and issues professionally and promptly.
Provide support during project implementation and go-live activities.

Experience testing web applications.
Ability to read and understand requirements and perform business process analysis.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and testing development life cycle practices.
Experience creating and executing test plans and test scripts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of methodologies, tools, best practices, and processes in the area of responsibility.
Mercury Test Director, Mercury Quality Center, or related experience is preferred.
Valid US passport and availability to work the standard 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule are required.

Contract engagement may support short-term projects, long-term placements, or specialized assignments.
Travel between company locations may include company-booked or prepaid major travel expenses, with reimbursement for meals and incidental expenses according to company policy.
Candidates must have access to a major credit card for travel expenses.
Weekend and overtime work may be required, particularly near project go-live.
Travel from the contractor's home location to the site is not paid.
