Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems with AI to deliver social and economic value.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of AI and data engineers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Design and implement LLM, agentic, and machine learning solutions.
- Develop prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, responsible AI, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
- Design and manage model experiment tracking, training workflows, model registries, data pipelines, and MLOps processes.
- Deliver client proposals and build consensus through analysis, expertise, and communication.
- Create technical blogs and AI thought leadership.
- Continuously build AI knowledge and participate in the AI community.
Requirements
- Strong capabilities in either AI Engineering or ML Engineering/MLOps; proficiency in both is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic tooling, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI tooling.
- Hands-on experience with ML development, deployment, experiment tracking, training workflows, and MLOps lifecycle processes.
- Broad experience with NLP, computer vision, classification, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and time series.
- At least 5 years of implementation experience with serverless computing, CI/CD, containerisation, Infrastructure as Code, code version control, and automated testing.
- Experience with model deployment, canary releases, cloud implementation, automated data pipelines, data labelling, versioning, and data exploration.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, develop, and mentor AI and data engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to create technical blogs and AI thought leadership.
- Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity is advantageous.
