Base Salary
$129k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, solution development, and technical oversight for Corporate Communications and Marketing technology platforms.
- Review vendor and internal technology solutions and recommend robust implementation approaches with business subject matter experts.
- Own design and implementation decisions for web content management, infrastructure, personalization, content delivery, and compliance-related initiatives.
- Integrate platforms with enterprise tools while addressing mandatory compliance requirements and operational gaps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solutions and estimate project timelines and resources.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and contribute hands-on full-stack implementation.
- Ensure platform reliability, content deliverability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor junior developers on design thinking, implementation, and technical reviews.
- Lead full software development lifecycle activities and analyze root-cause summaries and blameless postmortems.
- Manage dependencies with vendors and internal engineering teams for software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- 5–7 years of technology experience delivering high-quality engineering solutions through hands-on programming and development.
- Highly proficient in full-stack development using React, JavaScript, Python, Java, and Angular.
- Experience with AWS and system architecture analysis and design planning.
- Experience with enterprise-grade web content management platforms such as Acquia, SiteCorp, or similar frameworks is desired.
- Experience managing knowledge management and content tools such as Drupal is desired.
- Technical knowledge of communication channels, deliverability, and compliance requirements including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, HR, legal, compliance, and other business leaders.
- Experience with Ping/Single Sign-On, Bitbucket Pipelines, Cloudflare or similar content delivery networks, and New Relic or similar website monitoring tools.
- Understanding of DNS, TLS certificates, APIs, and caching strategies.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading or mentoring software engineers.
- Ability to influence business outcomes, manage ambiguity, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
