Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide end-to-end performance analysis for deployed platforms.
- Inform research direction when engineering gaps merit improved solutions.
- Work on hardware acceleration, computer architecture, automation, machine learning, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience programming in C++ or Python.
- At least 2 years of experience developing compute/storage systems, software systems, or networks.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Preferred: experience with hardware design, data structures, algorithms, Python, object-oriented programming, and functional programming.
- Preferred: experience with distributed systems, OS/kernel development, network system design, and large-scale storage systems.
- Preferred: experience with non-x86 microarchitectures and low-level performance analysis.
- Preferred: experience interfacing with HDL simulators and Register Transfer Level code in Verilog.
- Preferred: experience with silicon architecture and design and root-causing performance bottlenecks in consumer devices.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000-$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
