Base Salary
$162k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and improve production infrastructure for Arm’s AI platform services, including MCP servers, model gateways, and control-plane components.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, configuration, backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Implement reliability, scalability, monitoring, alerting, telemetry, service-level objectives, runbooks, and operational readiness practices.
- Implement secure runtime patterns covering workload isolation, secrets management, identity integration, network controls, and auditability.
- Participate in production support, incident response, post-incident reviews, vendor outage handling, and a paid on-call rota.
Requirements
- Experience deploying and operating production infrastructure or platform services in Linux-based environments using Kubernetes, containers, cloud or private-cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD or GitOps tooling.
- Automation and scripting experience with tools or languages such as Terraform, Go, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI platform concepts including model routing, MCP servers, agentic workflows, RAG systems, or LLM observability.
- Knowledge of production-platform security fundamentals such as identity, secrets, access control, network segmentation, vulnerability management, and audit logging is preferred.
- Experience with internal developer platforms, AI platforms, model gateways, MCP infrastructure, service mesh, policy-as-code, workload identity, sandboxing, secure runtimes, multi-tenant platforms, or regulated engineering environments is preferred.
- Working knowledge of OpenAI tools, products, and APIs is preferred.
