Responsibilities
- Own software development end to end across product, infrastructure, architecture, and deployment.
- Ship production systems, AI-native features, integrations, and other systems from the ground up.
- Make technical decisions, simplify designs, improve observability, and influence engineering culture.
- Work directly with founders and small teams in fast-moving early-stage environments.
- Participate in confidential matching and introductions to relevant portfolio companies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
- Full-stack capability and comfort owning architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Experience shipping production systems at scale for real users.
- An AI-forward approach to building with and on top of AI as part of the engineering workflow.
- Strong technical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to move quickly.
- Engineers with crypto and/or AI interests are encouraged to apply even if they do not match every listed qualification.
