Base Salary
$171k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and architecture of enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Translate business epics and requirements into technical blueprints, functional designs, and user stories.
- Govern marketing data models, segmentation frameworks, and integration flows across Marketing Cloud, enterprise CRMs, and external platforms.
- Coordinate global domain owners, solution architects, marketing stakeholders, and agile delivery teams.
- Advise on campaign orchestration, platform health, performance optimization, data compliance, and Marketing Cloud best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a dedicated focus on architecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable functional designs and data models.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of marketing data flows, integration strategies, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Architect certification, Salesforce Data Cloud, advanced segmentation, Einstein, AMPscript, SQL, and multi-channel campaign experience are preferred.
