Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/EKS.
- Lead application onboarding and migration to standardized cloud patterns and platform services.
- Develop and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Implement and manage Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive migration toward AWS IAM, IRSA, and secure identity management practices.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments for reliability, security, and scalability.
- Promote observability and SRE practices, including monitoring, logging, and performance improvements.
- Automate infrastructure and application lifecycle management and maintain clear platform documentation.
- Contribute to service catalog ownership and governance.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, and Product teams to improve platform efficiency, resilience, security, and developer experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a DevSecOps or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Amazon Web Services and advanced Kubernetes knowledge, ideally including EKS.
- Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub-based development and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Solid experience with Docker, containerized environments, and Linux.
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure automation, AWS authentication and IAM, and Amazon CloudWatch.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong security mindset and interest in reliable, scalable, and governed cloud platforms.
- Python scripting or automation experience is preferred.
- Experience with Java applications or ecosystems, Dynatrace or other observability platforms, AWS IAM Roles for Service Accounts, SRE practices, or large-scale enterprise and financial services environments is preferred.
