Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using .NET 8 while maintaining and modernizing legacy .NET Framework systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Build reusable application code and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Use ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and NHibernate for data access and persistence.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, stakeholders, and other teams to enhance existing applications and develop new features.
- Integrate software components into fully functional systems and ensure interoperability.
- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, and software maintenance.
- Use AI/LLM-based tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve code reviews, and accelerate development workflows.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack applications from concept to production.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Developer or Full-Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core including .NET 8 and above, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and schema design.
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and NHibernate; familiarity with Olive framework is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of application security practices and experience with OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
- Experience with cloud solutions in Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency with unit testing and automation frameworks including xUnit, NUnit, and MSTest.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based development tools and ability to troubleshoot performance issues, optimize code, and ensure scalability.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
