
Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture

Responsibilities
- Lead technical scoping, design, and work planning during the pre-sale process.
- Speak with prospective clients about the firm’s engineering capabilities and participate in commercial conversations involving budgets and fees.
- Lead technical architecture and discovery projects using consulting methods to refine client product and technical architectures.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to implement client visions and provide architecture guidance to in-flight projects.
- Own a technology vertical covering solution design, platform selection, implementation support, and thought leadership.
- Develop project estimates, work plans, and project plans within time and cost constraints.
- Expand client accounts through holistic service and support both pre-sale and post-sale engagements.
Requirements
- Expertise in one or more relevant front-end, backend, cloud, data, content management, analytics, or third-party technology areas.
- Experience delivering software in an agency or client-service environment.
- Experience with software estimation, work planning, and project planning within time and cost constraints.
- Ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences and refine product vision with clients through multiple approach options.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, and ability to apply repeatable frameworks and best practices.
- Desire to learn mobile software development principles and modern processes such as continuous delivery and rapid iteration.
- Bonus: experience with Amazon Connect, Zendesk CCaaS, Google CES, Five9, Genesys CCaaS, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform, Vertex AI, MLOps, Docker, or Kubernetes.
