Responsibilities

Analyze customer journeys and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Design and develop low-code/no-code automation solutions using platforms such as Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, Zapier, and Make.
Build workflows, configure interfaces, integrate data, and define business logic.
Automate customer support, onboarding, feedback, personalization, and communications across email, chatbots, social media, and internal channels.
Integrate automation solutions with CRM, helpdesk, marketing, and database systems using APIs and connectors.
Test and troubleshoot automations for reliability and business requirement adherence.
Document automated processes and train users and citizen developers.
Monitor automation performance and drive continuous optimization and expansion.
Establish low-code/no-code development best practices for scalability, security, and compliance.
Stay current with low-code/no-code tools, trends, and AI/ML innovations.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in automation roles focused on low-code/no-code platforms.
Proven experience designing and implementing customer experience or communication automations.
Strong process analysis and workflow design skills.
Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools such as Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, and Zapier.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database management.
Basic JavaScript knowledge for custom low-code/no-code logic is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Marketo is desirable.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement, multitasking, and customer-centricity skills.

Full-time individual-contributor role based onsite in Mumbai, India.
Work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
