Requirements
- Staff-level experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.
- Depth in AI/ML engineering with production experience.
- Experience making architectural decisions at scale.
- Strong judgment on infrastructure investment and system rigor.
- Proven ability to set and enforce engineering standards.
- Hands-on coding and code review experience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to create new playbooks.
