Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing for software applications.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks, and execute automated test suites.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution and retesting.
  • Support integration testing, data validation, enterprise application interoperability, test environment preparation, test data management, release validation, and deployment readiness.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to testing process improvements, automation initiatives, and quality assurance best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum five years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or related technical roles.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing across enterprise applications, including development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum software delivery environments and understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong knowledge of testing principles, defect management, functional and integration testing, and automated testing solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Preferred experience includes integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps environments, API testing, performance or load testing, Azure-hosted applications, and complex enterprise integrations.
