Base Salary
$151k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems to automate infrastructure management at scale.
- Reduce operational toil by turning manual processes into reliable workflows.
- Build internal tooling and platforms for safe self-service changes.
- Improve the reliability and resilience of infrastructure components.
- Implement systems for deploying and running applications in Kubernetes.
- Contribute to architecture decisions across infrastructure, reliability, and security.
- Write and review production-quality code.
- Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on preventing incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or software engineering roles.
- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on building systems.
- Experience managing production infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Experience running and troubleshooting distributed systems using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of observability and debugging tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Experience with on-call rotations and improving systems based on incidents.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
