Responsibilities
- Create production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate platform tools.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
- Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions for Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation scenarios.
- Implement end-to-end RAG and agent patterns, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, grounded generation, and citations.
- Define evaluation and quality gates and integrate them into CI/CD before go-live.
- Engineer secure deployments using IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging.
- Operate AI systems in production with SLOs, monitoring, incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- Experience with OCI Generative AI, OCI Data Science, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience with Oracle data integration and governance, including PII classification, access control, and lineage.
- Strong engineering ability in the Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation domain.
- Experience with LLMOps, including prompt and version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls.
- Ability to take proof-of-concept solutions into production with governance and reliability.
