Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with evolving business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Design and develop interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize business intelligence solutions.
- Use APIs and low-code tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed application modification records.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data integration and data modeling within business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code tools to customize and extend applications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of business intelligence solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting packaged or cloud-based applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
