Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the exchange monitoring and alerting platform.
- Build observability systems covering metrics, logs, and tracing.
- Optimize alert noise reduction, distributed tracing, and anomaly analysis capabilities.
- Drive system stability initiatives including SLA management, monitoring coverage, incident detection, and emergency response.
- Improve the monitoring platform’s performance, availability, and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Java backend development experience.
- Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SkyWalking, or OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with Flink or Spark Streaming.
- Familiarity with Thanos, Druid, and ClickHouse.
- Familiarity with microservice architecture and cloud-native ecosystems including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong system design and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in stability governance or monitoring platform development is a plus.
