Base Salary
$320k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance UI features for Netflix’s TV application across streaming sticks, smart TVs, cable boxes, and other TV-connected devices.
- Collaborate with product, design, algorithm, test, and engineering partners to scope projects and create user experiences.
- Lead large cross-functional technical and product projects.
- Use A/B testing with real customers to validate product variants.
- Write testable code and develop automation to validate feature functionality.
- Navigate multiple languages and technology stacks while making thoughtful product and technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working on consumer-facing products or applications.
- Experience acting as a technical or project lead for large cross-functional projects.
- Strong partnership skills with Product and Design teams.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI architecture.
- Ability to navigate different languages and technology stacks, such as Node.js and GraphQL.
- Demonstrated ability to create direction in ambiguous situations and make independent, collaborative decisions.
