Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Agentforce, and platform automation.
- Build and support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, data modeling, integration decisions, code reviews, design reviews, testing, and production deployments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Agentforce.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve platform performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and support Salesforce engineering standards.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, Salesforce security and sharing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, performance optimization, Agent Builder, and platform architecture.
- Experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
- Experience contributing to technical solution design and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication skills and experience working across technical, business, and global delivery teams.
