Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and improve custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop Conversational AI solutions using natural language processing techniques and chatbot development practices.
- Integrate AI-driven conversational interfaces into various platforms using APIs and cloud-based AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, effective software solutions.
- Document development processes and code changes for clarity and maintainability.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, solve work-related problems, and become a subject-matter expert.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Conversational AI.
- Proficiency in Conversational AI, including natural language processing and chatbot development.
- Experience integrating AI-driven conversational interfaces into platforms.
- Ability to implement and optimize AI models and use APIs and cloud-based AI services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and 15 years of full-time education.
