Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud.
- Work on client projects using Lightning and Apex to build custom features.
- Automate processes and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
- Strong experience in configuring process flows and automation tools like Flow and Process Builder.
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce.
- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Ability to work effectively within an Agile team environment.
- Good exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
- Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements is preferred.
