Responsibilities

Deliver integration services and solutions for QNX products.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for external customers.
Develop innovative solutions through analysis, debugging, and root-cause identification.
Provide consultative technical expertise, analysis, and advice to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues proactively and reactively.
Manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive customer and business matters with diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality.

Strong C programming skills and a solid understanding of embedded software development principles.
Working knowledge of POSIX/Unix operating systems and embedded software development.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex system-level software issues.
Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced English language skills and native Japanese language skills.
Knowledge of shell scripting languages, GCC, and GDB is an asset.
Hands-on embedded systems experience is an asset.
Experience with large projects involving substantial software and system integration is an asset.
Exposure to QNX technologies and products including Networking, USB, Kernel, Safety, Security, Hypervisor, Graphics, IDE, and development tools is an asset.
