Base Salary
$143k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver platform capabilities, infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.
- Drive coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Conduct system design reviews, debugging, and architectural quality assessments.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components for automation and intelligent features.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into technical requirements and track success metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus four years of software engineering or related experience, or six years of such experience.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development.
- Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Ability to conduct design reviews and debugging while following architectural standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree plus two years of software engineering experience.
- Preferred knowledge includes WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
