Responsibilities
- Support the creation of business requirements documents and complex process flows.
- Accurately document user stories on Azure DevOps for development teams.
- Produce and manage written requirements specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to conceptualize and design solutions.
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production, supporting change management.
- Provide consultative expertise internally and externally.
- Establish and enforce best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with QA on story definition and test plans.
- Use Figma or similar tools to design and communicate complex features.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Solution Designer.
- Proven experience and/or qualification in UX/UI design.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required.
- Expertise in designing scalable, complex system solutions.
- Experience in designing wireframes and/or prototypes.
- Experience working with software using .NET framework is beneficial.
- Ability to align design to long-term product strategy.
- Formal certification in Business Analysis or Informatics is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in payroll or financial software is an advantage.
