Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Build and enhance secure, scalable REST APIs for platform integration.
- Develop AI-powered backend applications using Python, LLM integrations, RAG patterns, and AI agents.
- Integrate semantic search, vector database capabilities, and knowledge retrieval into business workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams on cloud-native solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and production support in cloud environments.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and improve application resilience and maintainability.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
Requirements
- Any graduation or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of Java development experience, including Java 8, 11, or 17.
- 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and REST API development.
- 4+ years of experience with microservices, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- 4+ years of Python development experience for backend services, LLM integrations, RAG, and AI agents.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with LangChain, LangGraph, enterprise AI assistants, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, vector databases, embedding models, document indexing pipelines, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MLOps, or LLMOps.
