Responsibilities
- Ensure the operation, lifecycle management, and further development of on-premises and cloud OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Analyze, optimize, and proactively tune the performance of existing environments.
- Receive, analyze, and sustainably resolve incidents as part of incident and problem management.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement changes according to defined change-management processes.
- Process Jira tickets efficiently according to prioritization and assignment by the Product Owner.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies within the team and ART, including sprints and PI Planning.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Red Hat OpenShift and on-premises Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, ADF, and WebLogic Server (WLS).
- Very good knowledge of Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Experience using Ansible, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of networking, security, storage, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of agile working methods, including SAFe and Scrum, and good knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with experience in an agile, team-oriented environment.
