Base Salary
$104k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the Oracle EBS/MES environment, including customized ERP modules and MES capabilities.
- Analyze manufacturing and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, system changes, interfaces, and application enhancements.
- Lead Oracle EBS/MES design, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities.
- Provide technical direction to Agile team members supporting application development, integration, testing, and production operations.
- Design and support integrations between MES/Oracle EBS and manufacturing, enterprise, data, reporting, and related systems.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, production support, and remediation of complex issues.
- Develop and review technical designs, interface specifications, configuration documentation, deployment plans, test plans, release packages, and operational documentation.
- Ensure unit, integration, regression, UAT, production deployment, rollback planning, and post-implementation verification activities are completed.
- Evaluate opportunities for modernization, automation, reuse, performance improvement, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with solution architecture, program management, product, development, testing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Support knowledge transfer, standard operating procedures, documentation, and transition activities.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
- A bachelor’s degree and 8 years of professional experience, an associate degree and 10 years of professional experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years of professional experience.
- Strong demonstrated experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, enterprise application development, systems integration, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS in a complex enterprise production environment.
- Experience with MES, ERP, manufacturing systems, or comparable mission-critical enterprise applications.
- Experience designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying Oracle EBS/MES solutions.
- Experience with Oracle EBS application modules, customized ERP functionality, interfaces, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with software development and integration practices, APIs, interfaces, data exchange, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience supporting application operations and maintenance, incident resolution, defect remediation, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading or technically coordinating Agile development teams and working within SAFe delivery practices.
- Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, production deployment, and post-implementation verification.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with dependencies across databases, infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, and manufacturing systems.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant technical bachelor’s degree, Oracle or EBS certification, OCI and Oracle cloud modernization experience, Oracle database and SQL/PLSQL experience, manufacturing IT/OT or industrial automation experience, Maximo or enterprise asset management experience, data analytics or AI/ML experience, SAFe certification, federal agency experience, or an active Public Trust or other applicable clearance.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of working onsite in Washington, DC, 3 days per week.
- Periodic support-related travel to Fort Worth, Texas, as required by the customer.
- Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
