Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes to improve relevance and performance.
- Deploy models in production environments and continuously implement model-development best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.
- Familiarity with language-model-specific data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience deploying models in production environments.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks is desirable.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
