Responsibilities
- Design and build performance-data collection pipelines and analysis engines that convert hardware execution data into actionable insights.
- Develop interactive visualizations and developer workflows for analyzing profiling data and identifying bottlenecks.
- Own full-stack features across the software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with compiler, runtime, and chip architecture teams to expose performance information for AI workload optimization.
- Evaluate and integrate generative-AI capabilities into the recommendation engine to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience with PyTorch or JAX.
- Preferred: machine-learning and large-language-model fundamentals, including model architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and execution optimization.
- Preferred: experience developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware.
