Responsibilities
- Learn development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers across software development activities.
- Independently complete simple coding tasks.
- Participate in design discussions and provide input.
- Document, implement, and test one or more software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
- Learn the team's business domain basics within one month and detailed knowledge within three months.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
