Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise strategy and architecture for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and manage Copilot Studio agents, conversational flows, orchestration, and generative answers.
- Develop complex Power Automate workflows, integrations, reusable enterprise components, and operational monitoring.
- Build production-grade agents with Azure AI Foundry and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Establish governance, security, responsible AI, DLP, deployment, audit, consent, and risk-management controls.
- Create templates, standards, training materials, and reusable assets while mentoring developers and business teams.
- Define adoption and outcome KPIs, monitor agent performance, and improve solutions using analytics and user feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience delivering business applications and automation solutions, including 3–5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript and experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and AI workloads, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, relationships, and enterprise integrations.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search techniques.
- Ability to lead technical design, establish standards, work independently, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Agent Development Kit, Microsoft Purview, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, responsible AI governance, Microsoft certifications, and Lean/Agile delivery.
